We were already aware of his abilities because of his website, but on the day of our wedding and even the night before, he not only surpassed our expectations but stood by me all day to ensure that I wasn't becoming stressed or overwhelmed. Our family and friends could not help but mention he and his partner's subtle strength of moving about our ceremony, while commenting on his professionalism.

We had the good fortune to hire Andrew as the photographer for our wedding in August. 

Both Andrew and his assistant were an absolute pleasure to work with they spent the entire day with our group, and were there to capture every moment. Andrew made everyone feel comfortable and was a lot of fun. The photobooth was a definite hit, and having the photographer in the room meant a more personalized touch for all the guests that ventured in to have their photos taken. We had a great day with the two of them and love the pictures. Andrew has a great attention to detail and an artistic eye. I had the absolute pleasure of meeting Andrew at my daughter's wedding which was not only a destination wedding away from all of our homes which required travel and organization, but a wedding weekend with multiple events that Andrew had promised to be on site for...and he was there for every single moment! He was reliable and professional, yet creative and spontaneous, a perfect mix for such a special occasion. His attention to detail, outstanding! It's been almost a year since my wife amber and I have been married but feels like it was just yesterday. Every time we reflect on our day, we are drawn to our photo album to relive the moments.

 Andrew and his team captured the feel what we had envisioned our wedding to be. The professionalism and artistic creativity that was brought forth was refreshing after going through the search for a photographer. We knew we wanted a photographer that was more than someone with a nice camera. Someone with talent, a natural eye and personality that would mesh with us and our robust wedding party. 

Andrew kept us at ease with his patience and calm approach. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed we were and how much talent that was brought to the table. For us, the photographs were one of, if not the most important aspect of the wedding details and we know we made the right decision working with Andrew and his team. Not only are we ecstatic with the results, he will always be a friend of ours!

Photography was one of the most important aspects of our wedding for us, so when it came to hiring a photographer we knew it had to be Andrew!  He will probably always remember me as the bride who hired him before the groom had actually proposed.

 

Our wedding was quite a challenge for Andrew and his team!  From a pre-wedding helicopter photo shoot, to a venue with no power and only accessible by boat or 4x4, to the groomsmen of the apocalypse, Andrew and his team handled it all wonderfully and professionally.

 

Not only did Andrew provide us with amazing photos of our special day, he also provided much needed advice on setting up the venue to get the best possible photos, as well as a little rehabilitation assistance for the groom.

Both my wife and I sought to bring someone into the wedding that could adapt readily to a challenging environment and work across significant language and cultural barriers. Having seen Andrews travel and sports work and knowing his cultural sensitivities, we decided to employ him over the weekend as our wedding photographer.

We had the pleasure of meeting Andrew after he came highly recommended by a friend. Andrew went above and beyond exceeding our expectations of a photographer with his professionalism and sense of humor. With his ability to coordinate and organize our many guests, we were able to achieve taking the long list of my must have photos in a short time at the church. We were married this past September on the shore of Shuswap Lake, British Columbia. There were a few elements that made our day perfect and distinctive: our family and friends, the location, the weather and our photographer, Andrew Snucins.

During the day Andrew was enormously personable, flexible and managed to capture so many memorable pieces of the day. Andrews ability to mix formal and journalistic style photos provided us with variety, as well as added uniqueness to every shot. At each shot location Andrew was able to use his technique to transform our surroundings into a creative palette.

When we first met Andrew, Lois and I, especially myself, stressed that we did not want photography to dictate our wedding day. Andrew executed this task perfectly, managing to get excellent photos of us, the guests and the service without being intrusive. He captured many spontaneous moments that would likely have been lost had the wedding party and guests been posing for one staged image after another. He listened to what we wanted and implemented it perfectly by capturing the ceremony and reception as the events evolved rather than by directing them. That professionalism was extremely important to us and we'd like to thank Andrew and his team for implementing our wishes and for capturing some of the best and most spontaneous images that we will cherish forever. Working with Andrew Snucins at the Kamloops 2011 Western Canada Summer Games was a fabulous experience! He stepped into the challenging role of Photography Chair with such ease and comfort, organizing the many photographers needed to document all 19 sports over 2 weeks of the Games. This was no small feat! 
But on top of that, the quality of images the Games received from Andrew were top notch. He has such a talent for not just producing an image or taking a photo, but capturing the emotion and essence of the moment. In sport this is essential because everything happens so fast. I had the opportunity to work with Andrew on a photo shoot with one of Kamloops great athletes, cyclist Catharine Pendrel. Everything about the shoot was working against us. the time of day, the time of year, the light and the weather. But Andrew wasn't fazed. Even when it started sleeting he was able to capture exactly the right photos that we needed.

Andrew has been our photographer for TRU Athletics for the past 3 years. He is very professional and good at what he does. We asked Andrew to take on the role of photography chair on the board of directors for the 2011 Western Canada Summer Games. Andrew coordinated a team of over 25 professional and amateur photographers for the 10 days of the games. Working with each sport closely, Andrew found ways to get great shots on the edge of the field of play. he successfully managed a photography program for the games working closely with games administration in a collaborative and positive manner. Andrew not only met our goals, he surpassed them.

I can highly recommend Andrew as the official photographer for any large sports event and would be happy to share our positive experienced at any time.

We met Andrew at one of his first rallies, thinking he was just a thoughtful spectator stopping to give us food and drink after we ended a race prematurely.

Since I am a freestyle skier and its the beginning of the ski season I thought I would start the season with a bang by having a photoshoot of my friends and I.

Knowing Andrew's past work from local venues here in Kamloops and Car magazines, I knew I could trust him to get some super sweet shots of us. So we spent only two hours in the terrain park at Sunpeaks Resort and was amazed at the shots Andrew had gotten of me and my friends. 

During the shoot he did his own thing and the results were awesome. No questions asked, I am definitely going to hire Andrew many more times over the season. Thanks again Andrew!
